Figured I’d pitch in because I’ve had enough experimenting with black tanks. I’m 5’11, 225, beer belly. Bought these in XL after debating, as the size chart calls for a L. Anyone not expecting tanks to shrink is foolish, it’s just a matter of how much. Immediately through 1 of them in the wash (cold) then the dryer. There was a sold 2-3” of shrinkage post dryer, BUT the XL still fits about 2-3” below my belt line, enough to tuck in. The material is fairly thick and it is NOT firm fitting, so it does loosen up quite a bit as the day goes on, but I mostly wear stuff like this around the house and yard, so it’s fine for me. My only beef, well pet peeve, is the obnoxiously long scratchy tags that need to be cut off to avoid scratching the hell out of my hip. It’s 2019, we don’t need tags anymore, print the information everyone ignores on a piece of paper in the bag or print it directly on the shirt to be washed away...

My 19 yr old son needed something to wear as an undershirt under his work shirts this summer....working outside at a golf course for 8 hours/day, in the heat, sun, rain, everything. I thought these might be cooler than his typical short sleeved undershirts he usually wears. I don’t think he’s actually worn them for that purpose (of course, lol), but I HAVE seen him lounging around the house while wearing a pair of shorts and one of these white undershirts. He typically wears a Large in everything I buy him above the waist, so I bought these in Large and they fit just right. They do run longer than some of his other undershirts, but not TOO long. Also, they didn’t shrink up to nothing when washed & dried. That’s always a major plus. They ARE thin....but they’re also undershirts. I don’t think you’d want them to be super thick or heavy, especially when worn under another shirt. All in all, true to size and I’d buy them again.

I bought these for my hubby, he usually wears the under shirts from Gap as they are the only ones that are long enough for him, he has a very long torso. Also he say he has a hard time finding undershirts that dont cut in under his armpits. He was really happy with these, the arm holes are adequate with ought being droopy. The fabric is thick enough not to be flimsy but thin enough to breath. We will buy these again.

These are nice quality, especially if you can catch them on sale. I would definitely try to pick some up when they are under $25. I bought a size medium, but being a 5’11” female with a long torso, the medium was actually just a little bit too short for me. I wouldnt be able to tuck the medium in, but I never really wear things tucked in. The bottom hem is a little tight and doesn’t stretch that much, so its sometimes hard to pull off. I also tried one pack of large, but they are a little too big under the arms, but a little more comfortable overall. I’ve ended up alternating between the two sizes, depending on how fitted I need them to be with what else I’m wearing. I’ve found the men’s tanks from Gap are much longer, for around the same price or less, but they only come in packs of two. These Calvin Klein tanks even came packaged in a pretty nice clear plastic zippered bag which I’ve been using to organize various small cords and chargers and phone accessories. These tanks are really nice for just hanging out at home when it’s too hot to wear anything else.

Well i wasnt looking for a high end tank top because well is not like you can show it off normally i wear this underneath of t-shirts and shirts so brand dont matter but quality does. When you wash them they will shrink not only that the quality is very cheap after this bad experience i would highly suggest invest a little its so bad that is uncomfortable sure you can stretch it but is not ideal. Do not buy it I am still on the search and i like to buy from amazon for many reasons no point on posting pics because i have thrown them away already thats how bad they are. Do no waster your money.
