Best boots I have ever owned. Im a correctional officer and Im on my feet for 12 hours on concrete floors. They are light, comfortable, and tough. Will buy again.

Before you read the 1, 2, and 3 star reviews where people complain about "it hurts my feet" read this. Any grown man who puts a new pair of boots on and complains about them not being pre-worn in, is actually a woman. These are extremely lightweight and durable. I use them to hike mountains and chase bad guys. I kicked a door in with these on and I swear to god that door came off the hinges and went through the suspects living room wall into the next room. I am GI Joe with these boots on. I jumped off a roof and ran 2 miles before driving home to handcuff my wife to the bed. If you are a super trooper who needs some lightweight, MOSTLY waterproof, bad guy chasin romper stompers, these are your first pick. Dont be like all the Sally Boo Hoos complaining about the boots not being pre worn in, put some sand paper inside of your boots and go run a marathon and youll know how our boys in Nam felt. Murica Just returned from hiking the Swiss Alps and man these boots held up like the American Flag on July 4th 1776. I had more traction than a goat on a grassy hill while I traversed ice capped mountains and snow covered trails, I had a group of people holding onto my arm so they wouldnt slip in their pansy walmart boots. My feet stayed dry and my boots stayed strong through three weeks of icy hell, Im going to post a couple of pictures but ladies please dont wet your panties when you see how manly these boots look in two foot deep snow. (I wrestled a polar bear and won).

I ordered these boots thinking they had a zipper on the side for easy on/off which was my fault and the description is 100% correct. Now, that being said I have to say..These boots are pretty dang comfortable after breaking them in. The first 12 hour shift or two had me worried they were not going to work out but they came thru! They are a little bit of a pain to put on and take off, especially if you had a rough day and are already irritated haha. I ordered a size (US) 10 due to the 9.5 not being in stock and they fit just as well if not better than my other UA boots I replaced them with. Overall I would recommend giving these a shot.. even of your a side zipper type of person anyways.

This is the second pair of Under Armour tactical boots I have purchased and have observed a decline in the quality of their Stellar tactical boot. For a product built for military and tactical use, the construction of this boot did not hold up to daily use. Historically, I expect a good boot to last at least 12-18 months and usually have to replace due to wearing down the tread on the soles. But in just 7 months, the material has torn away from the sole on the right boot and by the boot strap on the left boot. The boots are otherwise light weight and are comfortable but cannot be repaired and therefore had to be replaced within less than a year.
