This would have been my second pair of under armor boots. Sadly, quality control must be an issue. One side was extremely painful to walk in, as the toe box creased in a strange way on the right boot. On the left boot, there was a bunch of glue on the inside of the toe box, making it sticky. I returned them. Good boots if you get a pair that werent thrown together by a blind infant. Sadly, as EMS, I dont make enough money to keep buying boots to try and get a good pair.

Those are my 2nd UR boots although different model. Took forever to break them and even after almost 2 months of usage (12 hour shifts) they were still tight in instep area specially when I was putting them on. Another complaint would be extremely poor quality of a boot itself. As it can be seen on the pictures back part of the boot started to rip open after 2 weeks, the same happened with the front. I am 6"2 , 245 p with very active job, so obviously I do not recommend those boots to someone with similar body type. Maybe they will work for someone smaller/lighter. 1 star from me.

They fit comfortably, a little stiff ( as typical of new shoes) but will no doubt break in easy. Would have preferred the top few sets of holes to have hooks for easier putting on and taking off. For the price, appear well worth it.

The boots are true to size compared to under armours running shoes. The boot has a slightly wider toe box than a running shoe. Takes about 2 solid weeks of wear to break them in, I wouldnt use shoe polish until after the toe leather softens or it will just flake off during the stretching process. Excellent traction on all modern surfaces. Ive ran through gravel, fought on tiles, and ran on top of a car during a training event and the soles stuck to the stick metal like glue. I dont think you could make a boot any lighter without sacrificing stability or strength. These are so well stitched together, theres no doubt they will last atleast one year of constant use. These are only slightly heavier than the valsetz, but dont have the weak material that inevitably get scraped off the sides. Theres no other boot id rather use. Perfect for the streets, can be shined well for court

Im an EMT in northern Wisconsin these boots are going on their second year as my primary duty boot. I use Kiwi parade gloss on them at least twice a week as well as a beeswax conditioner. Ive worn them down snowy embankments, icy parking lots, muddy backroads ect. Theyve been covered in all manor of bodily fluids. They have protected my feet from all of these hazards. They have better traction on ice than other boots Ive worn but without crampons most boots kinda suck on ice. They are still in very good shape, Im just getting to the point where I need to change laces. The toe on the right foot had some ware from kicking the tailgate up on the rig, but thats to be expected. Only cons I have is that they are slow to lace up, have no side zip and no matter what socks I wear, Marino, cotton, polyblend, my feet always sweat after a few hours of use. I would recommend Merino wool in the winter because youll be warm, and cotton in summer, use a for powder year round 16 hes in these boots gets your feet pretty swampy. Lots of leather boots are like that so cant hold it against them too much. Overall definitely worth the money.
