I love my chacos. They have amazing arch support. I spend all day at Disney and universal and my feet feel fine at the end of the day. I bought this set for my husband so he could enjoy the same benefits on our next trip. Unfortunately my husband has very wide, very thick feet. The straps just wouldnt accommodate unfortunately. Had to be returned.

Zcloud footbed for the win. Way more comfy than normal chacos. Great support for walking around. My one complaint is they get a little slippery when my feet get wet (I have sweaty feet), but that is a problem I have in most sandals of this style.

I bought this as a present for my little brother. He has large feet and this shoe fit him very well and was able to adjust it easily since his feet are also wide. He is pretty rough on shoes and this has lasted him Aug-Dec. Other brands just dont hold up to the stress he puts on shoes. Since hes a kid his foot will likely out grow these by spring but I would definitely buy this brand again.

The Z cloud is a nice alternative to the regular Chaco Z. The light layer of cushioning on the deck of the shoe where the sole of your foot meets the deck of the sandal makes for a more comfortable experience when walking on pavement, or a treadmill, or if you just have a sensitive spot on the bottom of your foot. One caveat though - is that if you wear these hiking off trail where there are an abundance of small pebbles the pebbles have more of a tendency to get stuck between the sole of your foot and the deck of the sandal because the pebbles more easily adhere to layer of soft cushioning so you have to stop, loosen the strap, and remove the pebble whereas with the normal Chaco Z off trail you can normally just lift your foot to take the pressure off and shake the pebble loose so it falls. Overall, another great sandal from Chaco. I just thought this explanation might help if you were trying to decide which sandal was better suited for your particular intended use.

I wore this sandal for quite a while with no complaints. It took a little getting used to coming from a Teva, buy for hiking and working outdoors this was far superior. This summer I knew the trade was getting low and figured Id have to buy a new pair or have them resoled next summer. Then I noticed one of them had bubbled and there was a hole going though to the (undamaged) strap. rather than pay for a whole new sandal I figured I would send it in before the strap got damaged and just pay to have it resoled or possibly have it fixed under warranty. They told me it would be covered under warranty and they would repair it and send it back. Their website says turnaround time is 10 days after they receive the sandal. They have now had my sandal for 30 days and it has not been repaired yet, it "is still on the floor, but they should ship it out this week"...which is also what they said last week. So not only is it not repaired a month later, it still has to be repaired and still has to be shipped back and by the time that is done Ill be looking at 45 days MINIMUM before I get them back. If I had known it would be like this I would have bought a different pair of sandals 35 days ago and not bothered with this clown show.
