I thought the Vapor Glove 2s were good. I wore them until I started to form holes near the toes (after 1.5-2 years) and so I ordered the same size in the Vapor Glove 3. All I can say is, wow. These are the best running and workout shoes Ive ever owned. I ran 5 miles in these out of the box, the next week, 7 miles. Today I just clocked in 10.6 miles in a single run. I didnt really have to break these shoes in at all. These shoes are legitimately amazing. However, keep in mind I have been using the Vapor Glove 2 and other Vibram minimalist shoes since 2014. Please dont break down your joints and ankles by jumping into minimalist shoes without starting slow, from what I hear lots of people try the trend and leave their huge padding behind and tear themselves up. My stride is much, much quieter and softer than my friend that uses thick-soled shoes. Makes me feel like I am running on clouds!

Having had numerous pairs of previous vapor gloves 1 & 2s, I was really looking forward to the improvements durability wise on these, unfortunately turns out to be their downfall. These are very tight in the arch and the reinforcement along the sole in the arch ripples causing blisters. They are also much stiffer the my older vapor gloves so much so that they hold their shape like a regular shoe when you take them off, older ones kind of collapse on themselves. Toe box, tongue and lacing are all nice improvements though, but still unpleasant to wear. I will be going back to the 2s or a different brand most likely.

Very comfortable. But not durable at all. Would not recommend. Both pairs busted in the same place on the inside big toe area. The material gave up long before the soles did, feels like a waste for the money

I have a worn out pair of Vapor Glove 2s that I love. These are significantly stiffer in the sides and soles, which kind of turns me off. You lose a lot of that barefoot feel. Im hoping the break in some and soften up like my old pair. I switch between these and Vibram Five Finger KSOs. What Im after is a somewhat normal looking shoe that can be worn with socks, but have the same barefoot feel that the Vibrams and my Vapor Glove 2s have. Overall, I think Ill like them and do not plan to return them. Size wise, they fit the same as the Vapor Glove 2.

I usually dont write reviews unless something extremely good (or bad) happens with a product, and in this case, my experience has been nothing but amazing!!! From the point I unboxed these shoes up until now, I can not stop looking at them! I have literally worn these shoes everyday. And no matter how I wear them they look great. Ive worn them casually with jeans, as well as, with athletic gear for my weekly runs/workouts. However, I will say that they run a bit large, but in my case, Im actually glad. I usually wear a size 9 and these fit like a 9.5. But it actually feels good. The shoes have extra holes toward the top for the shoe laces that allow the shoes to be tied tight so that they fit snug around your ankles. So even with the extra little space at the end, my feet feel very comfortable and secure. Ive had a pair of Merrell Mens All Out Terra Trail Running Shoe, which were good shoes, but didnt feel as light weight and comfy as these. Im at the point where Ive decided to buy another pair just to have incase these become unavailable like some of the other models have. All in all, I couldnt be any happier with these shoes! **Side Not** Dont allow the negative reviews to deter you from purchasing these shoes. There will always be products that have a few mistakes coming from the manufacturer. Neither people nor machines are perfect. Better to take a chance with the option of returning them for another pair (or a refund) rather than missing out on these shoes due to someone elses experience.
