Supergas have such a classic appearance, but they arent ideal for a narrow female foot. I find the length about half a size too long, which is not big deal. The problem I have is that the footbed is definitely wider than comparable casual shoes, such as Vans or Chuck Taylor Allstars. The thick sole feels like a heavy chunk of rubber which pulls away from my foot as I walk, and even with tight lacing, there is a bit of extra slack around the ankle. Again, I have a narrow foot and I realize these attributes are due to my foot shape and not necessarily the shoes "fault," but I think theyre important to mention nonetheless. If youre the opposite of me and find that Chuck Taylors are a bit narrow, this might be a more comfortable option for you. This shoe would fit a medium-to-wide foot much more appropriately than a narrow foot. This might be because the shoes are unisex and thus not ideal for a slimmer female foot. Im giving the shoe 4 stars primarily for appearance, but taking off a star because I think the shoe is only suited for certain people.

I walked all over NYC for 12 hours in these and they were some comfortable! Not only that they are super cute (cuter and fit better than classic Keds). I have wide feet and they are very comfortable.

First I want to say that I LOVED the way this shoe looked! I searched high and low on amazon to find the right size. I have super tiny feet, normally a size 5-5.5. Oftentimes smaller depending on the brand, but since I knew they ran large, I did not want to buy a size 6 and hope for the best (as most of you who have size 5 feet can probably relate to this!) Anyways I finally found this seller and was SO excited. The shoes arrived and were everything I wanted as far as looks. However I noticed they squeezed a bit at the widest part of my foot, right on the bone (I do have wide feet for my shoe size). Putting inserts in relieved this on my left foot, but not on my right so ultimately I opted to return them, since my intention was to get them for a walking trip in Europe. Im still giving them excellent reviews because once I used the insert on my left foot it felt great. I can only assume that my right foot is slightly bigger or something. The fit did run slightly large everywhere else in the shoe, so I was surprised at the tightness in the largest part of my foot. I have quite a high arch as well so that might have something to do with it. So I guess if you are having a little problem with comfort, try putting inserts in before youve completely abandoned the product. It was a really well put together shoe. The rubber runs up higher on the shoe so I think this would prevent stretching that typically comes with canvas shoes.

I love these shoes! The only thing that is not correct is the size, I already knew they run large, so I ordered half size smaller than my size ( I usually buy 37 UE / 6.5 US ) so be sure to do that if youre buying them. I got a grey pair which is super nice and Ill buy a blue one too hopefully soon!

I scoured different supga sellers and this one seemed to have the best reviews - I was nervous about getting a counterfeit pair or that they wouldnt fit. I am a 7.5-8 and based on the reviews I ordered a 7.5 and theyre perfect. In terms of comfort I think I will try to find some insoles that work with these since the current insole is pretty flat, comparable to converse. Visually they were perfect and unworn right out of the box, thankfully. Size down half a size and you will be happy, and as other people said these shoes are better for normal/wide feet.
