Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Our "Perfect Fit" Promise
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.
2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags: All original tags (price tags, brand labels) must be attached.
- Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (the box must not be used as the shipping container).
- Hygiene: For swimwear and lingerie, the protective hygiene liner must be intact. If removed, the return will be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Face masks.
- Underwear (where the packaging has been opened).
- Gift Cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account or visit our Returns Portal.
- Select the order and items you wish to return.
- Choose your reason for return (this helps us improve!).
- USA Customers: You will receive a pre-paid shipping label. A flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
- International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our US warehouse (usually within 5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Customs Fees: Please note that original shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out!
