Shipping & Payment Policy

Our primary distribution center is strategically located in Kearny, New Jersey, allowing for rapid dispatch to the US East Coast and efficient international connections via Newark and JFK airports.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Handling Time: We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will typically be processed the same day.
  • Order Tracking: Once your package leaves our NJ facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA) We offer reliable shipping options across the 50 United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $35.
  • TwoDay Delivery: Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days for eligible zip codes.
  • NextDay Delivery: Order by 1:00 PM EST for delivery the next business day.
  • Note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take an additional 2–5 days.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship to over 200 countries and territories.

  • Carriers: We utilize DHL Express and FedEx International to ensure speed and security.
  • Delivery Estimates: Generally 5–14 business days, depending on your local customs clearance speed.
  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address and a valid local phone number for the courier.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) Please be aware that Walmart Fashion ships international packages on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • What this means: The price you pay at checkout includes the item and shipping cost only. It does not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
  • Your Responsibility: You, the customer, are the importer of record. You must pay all applicable fees to your local customs office or the carrier upon delivery.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a package due to import fees, the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
