1. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE Walmart Fashion guarantees that all products sold through our store are 100% Authentic. We source directly from authorized manufacturers and verified distributors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

2. DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY We inspect every item before it leaves our Kearny, NJ warehouse. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

  • What is a Defect? Manufacturing errors such as broken zippers, missing buttons, open seams, or mismatched shoe sizes.
  • Reporting Period: You must report a defect within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

3. LIMITED APPAREL WARRANTY We stand by the quality of our private label and partner brands.

  • Coverage: We cover material failure (e.g., fabric tearing at the seams, sole separation on footwear) for 30 days after purchase under normal wear conditions.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care (e.g., machine washing dry-clean-only items), or normal wear and tear over time.
