This scarf is beautiful. It has a somewhat rougher texture than silk but only a tad. The colors are lovely. It hangs around the neck to about the waist. I cut the small tag out that noted it wasnt silk and no one was the wiser. Why would the other reviewer throw it out? Donate it or gift it. It is well made and drapes like silk. For the price, I cant say enough.

This is polyester not silk very disappointed ended up putting it in the trash. Tag says "feel like silk polyester

Package arrived intact . No silk in this item. Does not feel like silk. It is a light weight polyester, and it says so on the attached label. It is more like a thin crepe. Colors are nice, but I would not buy it again. If you want a pretty scarf, this is OK. If you want silk for its performance, dont buy this

This scarf does have a silky like feel to it. For the price it is acceptable. However folks this is NOT real silk. It is a polyester scarf, therefore that means that is was made in a test tube , made by mixing several chemicals to together. It is beautiful though and for the low price I can wear on occasion.
