The color was spot on a neutral grey. Weave is very dense. It’s also very smooth. The hand feel is such that you don’t really see the threads in the weave. Some other pashmina type scarves I have the weave is looser, I guess they feel more summery. This scarf folded up very neat looking when you tie it, as in, not sloppy. The “cashmere” sticker peeled right off leaving no nasty residue behind, which I appreciated. I mean it’s obviously not wool and cashmere. Anyways, it feels quite smooth. The nap is soft. It does feel short though. As in it would not overwhelm a shorter or more petite person. However if you are more on the plus sized range, it would feel too short to use as a dressy shawl wrap because the length is a bit lacking to drape generously. Around both arms to have it stay in place.
