I had purchased this same pair of pants a while back and I loved them so much I re ordered... The material is cotton with a lovely feel to them, That being said I am petite. Most of my heigth is from the hips upward, so the length of the pants is really important. So I tried them on and they were long. And loose. So I measured them against the original pair and apparently petite is now three inches longer than what they were before. At this point I dont have the time to return them. As they are high in cotton I am hoping they will shrink in the wash But this presents an issue with future purchases with this company because for years I could count on the pants fitting as needed with the length and waist.

I usually buy Just My Size jeans, so I ordered the size I wear in JMS jeans when I ordered these, but these jeans are HUGE on me. I am a tall woman (59") and ordered the average length, and they are so long that I am literally tripping over them. I am going to have to buy a belt just to keep them up, since theyre way too big around, too. Other than the size, theyre nice jeans - just know that they are cut really, really big.

These are the most comfortable jeans I have had in a long time. I wear black jeans to work nearly every day and sitting at a desk means comfort is key. The slight stretch is perfect for this. These are not the jeans you want to use if they will be put to hard wear - if you work construction, farming, etc. - they are thinner material and wouldnt last. Thinner cloth is actually a plus in my situation because "real" denim is too hot in an office. I give them four stars only because the black dye bled onto my shirt and underwear even after washing, but a little vinegar in the rinse water on second washing took solved that. This leads me to think they might fade rather quickly, but if not I will upgrade to add the fifth star. For the use Im putting them to, the price and the way they fit my particular body, these jeans tick all the boxes.

I actually love these Jeans (I am in my 50’s) - they fit but become real baggy why wearing! HOWEVER IF YOU ORDER BLACK? IT MUST APPEAR IDENTICAL TO THEIR “EBONY OR DARK BROWN” -AMAZON SHIPPED “EBONY” READ THE LABEL BEFORE PLACING IN THE WASH!!! Obviously warehouse didn’t see much difference in Black or Ebony either! I Didn’t open them upon arrival. When I went to wash them & tore open the package- I was loading in the machine when noticed how “dark brown- but Not Black they were”! (I rarely wear Brown anything)”! Too Late to send back! These are great fit (I ordered 18 Long) in length & when I tried on the length was awesome (I am 6ft tall & all legs). After Washing All My Jeans- I air dry- never dryer! However, these stretch & stretch to the point they are too big & sloppy. I am concerned to “dry them” because the way they stretch. That Could also mean they will shrink! I will use in Winter when I wear “light underwear for x-tra warmth”. I am ordering a 16 Long to see if I don’t place in the dryer- they won’t stretch but remain somewhat great in shape! Or if I can get them on at all!

I bought these jeans in blue as well as black denim and I love them. They fit as expected, and I love that they are fairly high-waisted, (I’m SO happy that’s back in style again!). I got them in long, because jeans are often too short for my liking, and these are definitely long. They brush the floor, but with boots on, they sit just right, (I am 5’7” tall). The colors are great, the quality is there, and I even get a kick out of wearing Lee’s again after so many years of trying other brands. The feel is good, the fit is just right...I’d buy more, but jeans last forever, so it will be awhile. Though come to think of it, I think I saw they had a few more colors...
