I bought these for my wife. She wears size 8.5. She also has a pair that we bought from a retail store. The ones we bought from Amazon, were really uncomfortable on her. I told her to break em in. Its probably because theyre new. Meanwhile... Its been several months, and still not fitting right! I said, "lets check the tags", "maybe one is "narrow", and one is wide"? Checked the tags. Tags were different.. One was imprinted on the canvas, the other, an "iron on sticker". After that I did some digging. There were several variances in the two shoes. I have reason to believe that these shoes are fakes. My wifes owned several pairs of these EXACT shoes over the years, and theyve never had this issue. Buyer beware. I would buy from a brick and mortar store for something like this in the future.

Yup. I was 10 when I had my last pair of Keds, and I dont know why, because theyre cute and comfortable. I despise the typical chunky white tennis shoes that make my 9W feet look like bricks. I dont really care for my thick legs, knees and ankles, BUT these are slim and enhance the shape of my legs, and the low cut shows my ankles nicely. Im going to really enjoy wearing these with skirts and dresses throughout the spring and summer as well as with jeans and leggings.

Keds Champion Original Canvas had been a classic icon that was reliable year after year. Well, something has changed with Keds, and not for the better. Ive been a 8S for decades and buy many pairs of shoes every year. I wanted a fresh pair of white Keds for vacation, so I bought these and initially they were perfect (as assumed). After I returned from vacation, I ran them through the washing machine (NOT THE DRYER) as I always have in the past, but this time the canvas shrunk considerably. Its apparent that the fabric is "cheaper" as the washed misshapen fabric stretches across the toe of the shoe weirdly and it feels significantly shorter when on my foot. Trying to be a good sport about it, I wore the shoes yesterday and even after 4 hours of wear on my feet, the toe box was still shrunken. I dont believe that Keds customers should be expected not to wash WHITE Keds. Id send the them back but the return window has ended. Uncomfortable Keds are an oxymoron that Im not willing to keep, so Ill be donating these shoes and buying something else. There are knock-offs of this classic shoe out there that are 1/3 the price, but my expectation of them would be "cheap". Keds have become expensive "cheap" shoes that I will not be buying again.

I purchased these based on a recommendation in a different type shoe feedback. I was looking for white canvas shoes that are versatile enough to wear with skirt, dress, and pant (shorts or long). As far as versatility goes these are great. Timeless style that fits to everything. The shape is for narrow feet, which I have and make my small feet look good. Quality wise these are well made. Only issue I have is that I feel like the princess in "the princess and the pea" story. I dont seem to be able to find the ultimate comfortable shoe. The canvas is a bit stiff. Given i have only worn them twice so far and my foot hasnt shaped and worn these properly yet. But the heel.....folks in the shoe industry.....the heel area for women are the most common problem area with rubbing and blistering. These have not yet caused any blisters but only because I dont wear them long enough on walks. First time i worn them i prepared via bandage usage. 2nd time I didnt and my heels were red and raw. I want to the ultimate comfortable shoe. Still on the search. Maybe these will wear in soon.

Perhaps its the supplier (Keds). Perhaps its the distributor. But this is the 2nd pair of white canvas shoes that i have received that has had a pink sole. Ive ordered these shoes on the site before with absolutely no problems. Keds or the distributor needs to put their act together! This is a quality issue and it needs to be addressed with the manufacturer.
