I have been searching for the perfect pair of ballet flats for years. I even spent a boatload of money on a pair of TIEKS which are claimed to be the most comfortable flats ever made. I researched Tieks reviews for months before making the decision to buy them. That was the wrong choice. These flats are superiorly more comfortable than Tieks! I got a pair in black last year and used mink oil to treat the leather and soften it a bit. After realizing that hush puppies were so much more comfortable, I bought another pair but Im suede. Those were ready to wear out of the box and needed no breaking in period. They are soft, comfy and I get a tone of compliments. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the perfect ballet flats without breaking the bank!

I now own these in two colors. One of my feet is size 9 and the other is 9.5. I ordered a 9.5 and both fit comfortably. I have extra wide feet but I find that with some brands even ordering the extra wide size isnt enough. These fit comfortably with no stretching. I love them!!! And bonus even though they are extra wide I dont look like I have clown feet.

This is the fifth pair of Hush Puppies Chaste ballet flats Ive purchased in the past year. They are my absolute favorite. I have very wide, short feet so the variety of sizes is exactly what I need. I also love that they dont show any toe cleavage because I hate that trend. I wear them every day and each pair has held up well except for a few missing studs on one pair. These shoes are comfortable enough to wear every day. Though I mostly wear them to work, they are comfortable to wear walking around as well. I get so many compliments on them. I would buy them in every color if I could. This pair seemed a bit bigger than the other pairs I own, and its the same size I always order. Im not entirely sure why that may be. Other than that they are wonderful as always.

What I LIKE/LOVE About This Product: 1. The colorful pattern because they can literally be paired with any outfit, any color, any style. 2. Comfort like no other ballet flat I own, besides one pair; but the price difference makes me realize those other shoes arent worth the sticker price., These are definitely worth $50. What I DISLIKE About These Shoes: 1. That it took 1-2 days to break in. They rubbed the backs of my heels something fierce. However, I learned a new trick to avoiding this painful break-in period: Bend the flats back and forth, twist and turn them side to side, really pulling backwards on the heel. Double up band-aids for your ankles, and wear them about 5-6 hours that first day. After that, the shoes stopped rubbing my ankles and now I wouldnt return them if you paid me to. Compared to Similar Products: 1. These flats are extremely similar to Tieks, almost in every way, with one exception: price. After wearing these flats for several weeks now, compared to the Tieks I wore for weeks before, I could kick myself for spending $150 more on the other flats when these are just as pretty, and just as comfy. Save your money and by 4 pairs of these for the price of one pair of the other brand.

I have tried SO MANY top brands in flats and always have some problem. I started going only for leather (no pleather at all) b/c I had so many discomfort issues. Yet I still had issues. TAHARI flats made my feet sweat, so I would take them half off and wear them as slippers most of the day. Same thing with LUCKY brand. BLOW FISH absorbs smells because the insoles are fabric, so once the insides got gross I was disgusted with them, washed them once, and just ended up donating them. BCBG had a plastic-like insole and made my feet sweat, AND blistered up my pinky toes and pinched the back of my heel too tigh. BUT HUSH PUPPIES ARE PERFECT. My feet dont sweat b/c the inside is a natural- a breathable suede material. And theyre cushioned. The band isnt too tight and is a soft-enough material that it doesnt pinch the backs of heels. The insides are a soft leather so my toes dont get blisters. AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These are literally now the only pair of flats I own that I can wear all day long and not have to take them off. LOVE IT Also sizing is just fine. I wear 7- 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 which fit just fine ONE THING- the black dye has been coming off a little on my heels
