Part of the heel came off after two days, the pad at the end of the stiletto came off. I bought a size 10W. Inside is roomy and comfy, without being loose. Also has nice padding. I gave one star because inside is okay, (and there is no option for zero star ), otherwise I would have given zero stars if. A new shoe should not fall apart after two days of minimal use. See images. 8/10/2017 I really liked the fit of these shoes. Right height, balance, the right amount of room for my toes, and padding for the soles. I bought a 10W. After the debacle with the heel of the first pair, I returned and exchanged them for a new pair. Exchange was a smooth process. Got the new set yesterday. Wore to work today. Sat down at the desk 90% of the time. Walked half a block to the train stop, walked another quarter of a block to the bus stop. Halfway to the bus stop, part of the heel of the new shoe came off! I couldnt believe it! I managed to save the part that came off this time. I really wanted to come back with good reports on the exchange, because the feel of this shoe is quite comfortable, and it looks stylish, which is why Im leaving the rating at two stars. Sadly, the heel keeps disappointing. The first two pictures are of the first pair. The rest are of the first and second together.

I think Ill be very happy with this shoe. I bought the Champagne color. Id call them gold snake, though. They definitely have a shimmer to them and are actually way more pretty then the picture. (however, I was expecting them to look more matte) I got 7W because Ive purchased this brand before and they run narrow for my foot. They fit very well and are a bit roomy so theres room for my normal foot swelling. I think Ill put a clear bandaid on my foot where the shoe covers my little toe bone, as I think extended wear may cause a bit of discomfort at that part of my foot. The heal height is perfect. They really look much more glamorous then I had expected and appear to be very well made.

I am a long-time fan of LifeStride shoes because theyre so comfortable. In fact, I previously owned three other pairs of LifeStrides that were worn down after several years, and thats why I decided to get new ones. These dress pumps looked like the quintessential business shoe, and knowing LifeStrides reputation, I immediately bought three pairs. I tried the shoes as soon as I got them - they fit as expected and were very comfortable. I was so happy! But then, something unexpected started happening: I noticed ONE WEEK after wearing my first pair this audible "clicking" noise as I walked across the tile. I looked down only to discover that the plastic bit on the left heel had come off and I had worn down the plastic "nub" all the way to the metal nail! I thought maybe this was an issue with just the one pair, but it happened with my second pair too - also on the left shoe and also after just ONE WEEK! In this pair, you can see the plastic bit has come off and theres just a little plastic "nub" at the end. I caught this one before it wore all the way through to the nail. So far my third pair is fine, but only time will tell - Ive only worn them about a week now. I will be contacting Customer Service to see if they can help me out.

These are truly the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I used to wear flats on my commute to work every day and leave my heels at the office, now I just wear these all day. Even without any kind of inserts or extra cushioning they have never given me blisters or foot cramps. I think the placement and flexibility of the straps is largely responsible, because these are way more comfortable than other LifeStride heels Ive had that are a similar height. The straps keep your foot from sliding forward or rubbing against the back, and the elastic that keeps the two parts of the straps together ensures that the straps are snug enough to keep the shoe in place without digging into your skin.

After reading such great reviews I ordered these shoes.. but I have to say that I am very disappointed because after wearing these shoes only once to a 50th year wedding anniversary this past weekend; when I got home I realized the heel cap on one of the shoes had broken. All that is left on the heel is a part of the ca. For the cost of the shoes this should not have happened. Now I have to get them repaired before I can wear them again. If this had not happened, I would say that the shoes were great and given them a better rating.
