I have been wearing both the black and dark tan versions of these Dockers Trustees for work for 5 or 6 years now. I have worn out a couple pairs of each color, and am now on my third pair each. Had been buying them at my local shoes store, but they are no longer carrying them. So, I checked out Amazon, and there they were--and at a lower price as well! These are well-made shoes for how much they cost--a great value! And, I find them to be very comfortable. I love these shoes!

Second time Ive purchased this pair of shoes. I bought this pair 3 years ago and used them as my go to work shoes. They are very professional and stylish looking, and feel very comfortable to wear. Something that isnt common for this size 13 wide wearing individual. They finally wore out a bit after so many years and I decided to simply search through my amazon purchases to repurchase as I didnt feel the need to change styles. I hope in 2-3 years I can purchase these again. highly recommended.

yes, they are loud! every single step i make you hear the leather rubbing and they make awful noise! i thought that with time they will break in, but that is not the case! i used to wear this model since 2011 and this is my 3rd pair! i was in love with them! but i guess quality control went down big time! Also they are not so waterproof like they used to be! i Wont buy this model again, and those that i have, i will donate...sorry for the bad review but i gave them a shot...not worth it!

I have used this Dockers Trustee shoe everyday now. Since then, I have ordered three pairs of this brown model as they get worn out with daily use. Theyre ultra soft and comfortable. The relatively low price-point offers excellent value for me. I will order the black model next. Note, I have tried their next generation version, the Trustee 2.0 (the black model), but its not as soft and comfortable as the original version. Needless-to-say, I am disappointed with their latest Trustee 2.0 generation and will stock up on the original model as I am afraid this version will be slowly phased-out of the market as their inventory runs out.

These shoes fit good and are pretty comfortable. Just do yourself a favor, and break them in right. Wear them for a few hours each time. *Update* After wearing these shoes 2 or 3 days a week at my desk job, the sole on one of them has developed crack all the way through to the inside of the shoe. (see attached pic) They are still comfortable, and there is plenty of sole left, however where I live, it rains here and there, and if I step in a puddle with that shoe, my sock will be soaked for the entire day. Deducted 1 star for the poor quality of the sole.
